2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. When you create an account or access LongevityCreation through an employer or partner program, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

3. About the Service

LongevityCreation is a health information and analytics platform that helps you organize, visualize, and better understand your health data using AI. We are not a medical provider, laboratory, or insurance company.

• No medical advice. The Service does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
• Educational use only. Information and insights are for informational and educational purposes and are not a substitute for talking with a licensed healthcare professional.
• Third-party services. Lab tests or medical services accessed through LongevityCreation are provided by independent third parties who set their own prices, terms, and clinical policies.

4. Your responsibilities

When you use LongevityCreation, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Provide accurate, non-misleading information about yourself and your health history.
• Consult qualified healthcare professionals before making medical decisions based on information from the Service.
• Respect our Data Integrity Policy by not uploading fabricated or intentionally manipulated health records.

5. Memberships, payments, and cancellations

Some features of the Service may require a paid membership, subscription, or one‑time payment. When you purchase a plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide.

• Billing. Prices, billing cadence, and available plans will be displayed at checkout and may change over time.
• Renewals. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
• Cancellations. You may cancel future renewals at any time via your account or by contacting support; cancellation does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or our posted refund policy.

Certain lab tests or clinical services may incur additional fees charged directly by third-party providers. Those charges and any insurance or reimbursement questions are governed by your relationship with those providers.

7. Intellectual property

LongevityCreation and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, AI models, visual design, and content we provide (excluding your personal data and content).

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. We reserve all other rights not expressly granted.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, LongevityCreation and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In any event, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LongevityCreation is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires a different forum. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
